Inefficient with no help

I have been having issues with Discovery Insure for the past 2 months, my DQ points do not change and every agent that you speak to gives you a different story. My percentage changes and I receive rewards but apparently my device is not connecting, that is the reason for DQ not changing.

I am sick and tired of calling and getting no help. Discovery keeps changing their policy with each app update. the update should be to fix bugs rather then rob us.

Discovery is very fast to look at bad driving but when you drive well and your DQ does not change no one can help!
