INEFFICIENCY AT DISCOVERY INSURE

The are so not efficient, sometime in August I logged a claim *** until today they decided to close it only God knows why. Saturday I logged another claim for a TV Tshepiso is handling the claim ***, everytime I call she is not available, then I have to relay my claim to another person. The other consultant decided to drop my call. Really it's so frustrating not to know what is happening or be given feedback.
