Incredible service from Discovery Insure and Jabulile Shiba

We work from home so when we realised we had a power issue we were very concerned how long it would take to have it sorted. Called Discovery Insure, spoke to Jabulile Shiba. She did things with urgency, she was magnificent. Spoke to her for less than 5 minutes to explain the issue. She said she'd arrange an electrician and call me back. She called me back within 10 minutes. Electrician was at my house within an hour. My issue was resolved within an hour of his arrival. Then Jabulile called again to confirm that all was good. It was wonderful.
