Incredible Service

Fantastic service. Had a mechanical breakdown on the way back from a trip. Used the App to indicate Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist. Was called back within literally 5 seconds, I was amazed. Moloko Mathabathe helped me arrange a towing service to Toyota Vaal Park 100 km away. They called back every 20 - 30 minutes to ensure everything was going fine, that everyone was safe (as it was dark).

To top it off, I had actually cancelled my insurance, effective end of May as I'm selling the car - so I was really impressed that they went out of their way for us. I honestly felt like the team cared.
