Incredible Assistance from Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist

My parents are Discovery Insure members and their car broke down on a very busy road during peak traffic hours. I contacted Discovery Insure on their behalf and spoke to Patrick Ndopu. He arranged a tow truck and chauffeur service impressively quickly and kept me up to date the whole way so that i knew 100% that my folks made it home safely. The whole experience gave me huge piece of mind that in the event of an emergency - Discovery will take great care of them
