Increasing premiums twice in 6 months

Where do you get off increasing a customers insurance not at their annual policy anniversary,Not even 6 months since the annual increase of the policy anniversary. NOT a single claim since the last increase? this makes no sense at all. I will be cancelling my policy if this is not rectified
