Increasing premium for no reason

After joining discovery for 2 months my 3rd month with them opened my eyes..on the 20th of july a lady reversd on my car at a parking lot the paint of her car was left behind on my car which came off at a car wash and my car remained just fine .called the insurence the following seeking advice on how to handle such matter i was adviced that i have 2 options its either you claim from the person whos at fault insurence or you claim from yours which will be at your cost...to my suprice when my 3rd instalment went off today the premium went up to r1517 from r1405 just by making a query without being notified?????worse part i am a student and cannot afford paying expensive premiums??????? Currently shopping around so that i can cancell you cannot be treating customers the way you just did
