Increased Premium

<p>Good Day. I got in touch with your Facebook team regarding my annual premium increase. I was only contacted once telephonically and not followed up with a call after having a 'reviewed' policy sent to me. The initial increase was almost 15%, and the reduced premium is still almost 10% higher than the originial premium. This is despite the fact that I was made to believe that I could request a premium review during the year, but was not allowed to. Furthermore, I have exhibited good driving behaviour and have not claimed since the inception of the policy. This is especially concerning as I can't imagine what percentage increase I can expect in the event of me claiming during the year.</p>
