increased installments NO notification

1st - you increase my premium ONE YEAR after my claim saying Im high risk - HOW? Does this even make sense to you?

2nd - my installment has increased AGAIN with 16+% HOW??????

I remember now why I left Discovery Insure before, and Im very close to do it again And Im very close to lodging a complaint with the ombudsman

In fact, I did log a complaint re the increased pmnt re the "high risk", I got a call, and never heard back.
