Increase in premium resolved
Complained on hellopeter and complaint was immediately attended to. Was impressed with call from Thibi Chueu from the Retentions Department. Very professional. When i explained couldn't understand reason for such a high % increase, especially when car is hardly driven, promptly assessed my risk profile and calculated a reduced premium.
