Discovery increase without proper notice the monthly insurance premium and only notify very late the customer. My presentative had to contact them several occasions to revise the premium. They increase car insurance after a year although a cars value decrease over time and there were no claims. They always got excuses why not paying more refunds on petrol to client, if your car is light on fuel you lose the petrol refund. Not acceptable, they overcharge the client any way to cater for the refund.
