Incorrect window fitted.
I extremely disappointed at how my glass claim was handled. My vehicle is a 2015 was replaced with a Shatterproof glass instead if an agents glass. I tried calling the call centre, selected the claims option first attempt and second attempt the call was dropped and that is after I held for about 10 min for an available claims advisor. This is certainly not good service.
