Incorrect premiums deducted
I took a policy with Discovery Insure in November 2024 through U covered. I was offered a premium of R3500 for all the risks which was about R600 less than my insurer at the time & I accepted, to my dismay an amount of R4036 has been debited monthly, I lodged this matter with Discovery insure and was referred to U covered, they released the recording to me confirming my case but nothing happaned since then, my premiums not adjusted to what was offered & accepted, no refunds for the extra amount deducted since inception. Between Discovery Insure & U covered, please sort this out without playing ball with me. If not sorted, this will be escalated to the NFO.

My premiums were never adjusted as promised. The old premiums was deducted in April & yesterday(27/5/2025) again. So meaning another refund for 2 months for the extra amount deducted. When will my premiums be correctly adjusted as promised???
