Incorrect premiums again

I lodged a compliant a month ago about incorrect premiums being deducted by Discovery & Ucovered. The matter was investigated and I was vindicated, refunded the premium difference deducted and promised revised premiums as agreed on the Sales call. 2 months now and no adjustments, still being deducted more than what was promised. Please do the right thing. This goes against TCF outcomes npw.
