Incorrect May rewards received and June might be wrong as well

Discovery Insure cash back for May was incorrectly paid and after various attempts to get this resolved their staff is not aware that the new program was not valid for May and only June. They owe me R700 that needs to be reimbursed and my current dashboard is incorrect for June as it is showing all funny numbers and does not sum correctly. Shocking deployment of this new rewards program.
