Incorrect ITC Listing for months !

I have been with Discovery insure from latter July 2024 ,in Late August/September 2024 I queried a listing on my ITC ,I was going in circles and eventually received a letter confirming I do not owe discovery insure anything and it was incorrectly listed ,to date I have went via so mamy mails and calls and escalated to my broker and this incorrect listing still exists and recently I have been told someone else paid money into my account reference and this caused some issues,it's been over 8 months and my ITC has been negatively affected and based on all debits I do not owe discovery any further payment

Absolutely ridiculous! That no one can take ownership and accountability and get this ITC issue resolved,it's continuous battle here and I'm frustrated that discovery insure did nothing yet .

No sense of urgency and they will take you in circles
