I had a look at my driving history incidently on Wednesday morning, and saw that at that very morning, I had a speeding event where I drove 133 in a 70 zone. I am really not happy, as I specifically attended to my driving to improve my score, and most definitely did not go anywhere close to 133. I took this up with Discovery, and got a message back to say they use GPS technology which is more accurate than my speedometer. I cannot see how my speedometer can be out from about 70 to 133. It would not even be possible to get to this speed with the traffic on this route in the mornings. I am just wondering how often things like this drive down my score, and then reduce my cash back??? All of this after a MASSIVE increase in the premium.

I have just realised one more thing, my distance to work is always 7.34, looking back at previous trips. I followed the EXACT same route that morning, but it is almost 1 km further. ALSO, it has street names on it that I never use to get to work. This was a CLEAR mistake on Discovery's side, and now my speedometer gets blamed???????
