Incorrect calculation of fuel cashback

I phoned Discovery Insure yesterday and spoke to Dylan. I explained to him that my fuel cashback had been calculated incorrectly. The reason for this is that it seems as if the TWT that I did my safety check at never sent Discovery my safety check form. Dylan committed to phoning them and confirming the check and getting back to me before close of business. He even said he would do it in his spare time.....Is that supposed to make me feel special? He then doesn't get back to me and my phone was on the entire day and I took every call. Am I now supposed to phone the Call Centre again and ask another agent to make me another empty promise?
