Incorrect Assessment on Vehicle Damage
Motor vehicle accident claim submitted via the app was smooth and pictures uploaded, all the work up to the point of the assessment was great but once the assessment came through they missed and entire section of the accident damage and now Discovery is not coming back to me regarding the missed damage if it has been added to the claim that has been approved.

i have just received a notification that according to the assessor the damage is not related to the initial accident and i must lodge another claim so they can get another excess fee, what *******!!
Once again lack of service and i must pay for it.
