Inconsistency

I received a notification for an increase on the premiums I was paying and I got a quote from a competitor , then called to cancel my policy and I only wanted to cancel because the premiums were too high and not for anything else . I was forwarded to Boitumelo , and she wanted to retain me as client and made an effort to reduce the premiums for me , I then said to her I am interested but I want to confirm the retail value amount that the competitor was quoting me on . When I came back to discovery , I was referred to Ntokozo and he disputed everything that Boitumelo said , he said that she had given me a 25% discount and that is not allowed since I don't qualify for a discount , eventually I cancelled my policy because I felt that he had no interest in retaining me as a client , I was with Discovery since 2011 and I was willing to continue being a client but I guess I was not of value to you which is understandable , but maybe you need to sort out inconsistencies in what one retention official offer the client and what the other says about what the other one has offered already .
