Inconsiderate...robots, LACK OF EMPATHY!!
Up until now no one has come back to me!!! I disputed a claim, when I called you guys said 5 to something working days, this has passed, and once again I re-iterate, ya'll's premiums are not the cheapest...I've been with your guys for just over 4yrs and one would think that loyalty would be considered.
Its clear you guys have no clue what's going on because in a space of a week, one agent would say that the claim has been rejected, the next when I get put through to your retentions department it and state that I am covered.
Once again, if you guys are not gonna cover me, plse REFUND my premium! Its crazy how conveniently this is not even acknowledged after whilst speaking to you despite our conversations.

03 Mar 2025, 10:49My concerns!!! I always held you guys in high prestige despite your high premiums, but the wait for you guys to come back to me its a disgrace, and its a disgrace how none of you acknowledges the receiving of my premium despite Luthando...especially being sent from pillar to post.
One week, the claim is rejected, by that inconsiderate Sbu Kolondiya, because he could not wait to send that rejection letter especially on a Friday, then next week there was acknowledgement of receiving payment and saying that I am covered, AND then I get an email from your 3rd party legal department asking for my claim number??!! There was no 3rd party involved in my incident at all (baffled??).
You guys are so diligent in taking money, and notifying when there's an premium increase...but its clear as daylight that you will say and do anything to reject a claim, because it hasn't even been 90 days with non premium payment.
Its pathetic how this waiting game for feedback has been.
