Incompotence of Vitality

So I want to know from Discovery Insure - Vitalitydrive how many reference number they going to give me for the same problem? Here are only three of the 5 - Your reference number is: ***, Your reference number is: ***, MailRef#***#-. For the past 5 months I have to phone every month to correct the CLAIM FREE YEARS POINTS on my Vitalitydrive points. I DID NOT HAD A CLAIM IN THE PAST 3 YEARS, but I am been penalized for a claim I did not had. This is incompetence that you will expect from a Government Institution, not from a world class Company like Discovery!!!! <br>
