I requested Discovery insure to remove 2 items from my policy in January 2020. After numerous calls and emails, it is obvious that staff are ***********. To date it is not done ! I asked for a quote to add an item, which I rejected. Without a written or telephone approval, I see my account is debited . There are countless emails to discovery to and fro, this is such pathetic service. It seems that staff do not understand.
