I have phone in this morning with regards to an enquiry I have on our insurance profile, the person I spoke to says that I don't have authority for them to discuss anything on the profile.

This is so funny because my husband provided authority when we have taken out the policy and if you go and look at the records, I was the one dealing with the consultant when the insurance was taken out, but you know what.....I honestly had enough of the *********** staff that I need to deal with at discovery. Our very first claim 2 months ago was also such a mess and I honestly think we made the biggest mistake to move our insurance over to Discovery.

I will wait until the new year and move all our policies away from discovery, I will also ask our broker to find out if we can take our business away from Discovery.
