3 weeks for a simple request still ongoing on how to schedule reports on the DQ Mapper's Scheduled Reports with no resolution. The Insure agents take a few days to reply - at best - and then the responses are just pointless answers/repetitive questions as Discovery Insure agents obviously do not know how to use and support their own platform.
