<p>Thanks to YOUR consultant Cynthia - I have to pay an additional R3000 to my current insurer because "I did not disclose that I had had an accident in 2014 and that I was the driver of the vehicle at the time"! Your consultants are too lazy to open a file and check notes. Yes, my car was in an accident & yes it was a write off.. but I was not the driver. Infact, I was out of town when the incident took place. I called & spoke to a lady called Lelethu in vehicle claims and she basically informed me that it's my fault that I didn't tell Discovery that I wasn't the main driver when THEY were the ones that were calling the driver when they were doing the investigation about what had happened. After being transferred from this department to the next & being constantly put on hold ... I was told that a separate department (that doesn't take calls!!! WOW!) will be able to assist me with my query. Infact that they cannot give me any information even though it was MY car and I was the insured. So pathetic!</p> <p> </p>
