I have an outstanding 3rd party claim with Discovery Insure. According to the documentation sent to me by Discovery Insure "The time frame applicable for finalisation of a third party claim is 30 days from date of receipt of all relevant documentation". The 30 days would have been 19 December 2020. I am still waiting for someone to show that they actually have any interest in sorting this claim out. Not once has anyone from Discovery ever contacted me to give me any kind of update on my claim - I have always had to TRY and get in contact with them. On the forms sent to me there are 6 contact numbers of which none of them exist or are just not answered. After tremendous effort in trying to get to speak to someone, I was given the number of the "manager" who said he will get back to me. More than 7 days later, I am still awaiting feedback from him. I will never even consider Discovery Insure as my insurer***.
