Called made on 8 November 2022 to remove a vehicle from policy. Discovery failed to remove the vehicle and continued to debit us for 2 vehicles. Many attempts to follow up and get 1 vehicle removed, and a refund processed to no avail. Today was another follow-up with the same response it has been escalated. Worst service with *********** management.
