Twice now I have contacted Discovery Insure to switch my debit order details as I have closed my previous bank account. Twice now they’ve sent me an email stating that the bank details have been changed and twice now I’ve been billed for a bouncing debit order on the old account. After reporting this on numerous calls to them they have now suspended my insurance due to a serious lack of admin competence from their side. This is just not getting sorted out - they even told me that it’s fine and I’m up to date even though the payment bounced and then just got cut off the next day. This is totally unacceptable.
