I am not happy with Discovery I actually want to leave them. I lodged a claim for my windscreen in Mid Feb,I was taken from pillar to post from them requesting a letter of warranty to what the Dealership has never heard off before. I pay Discovery monthly with no fail,I kept calling and sending emails back and forth PG Glass called and said they have ordered a the glass from Ford and it takes 5-7 working days,guess what its now almost 3 weeks. I again emailed Discovery and they said they use Generic Glass..so who is fooling who here. I emailed Discovery last week and was told that's mg Winscreen is booked for the 11th March . No one called me about this information. I had to keep calling and sending emails to enquire. To date no one has called me from PG Glass to verify what Discovery has said. A whole month just to fix a Mere Windscreen..after all this mess I don't want to be with this company anymore..I want my windscreen fixed as its Obstructing my view when driving.
