Incompetency of Discovery Insure

I am acting on behalf of Mr C Heymans. He had the worst experience with the Discovery Insurance team. They are *********** even referred to manager, but still up to date no feedback to get 2 claims resolved. One claim was cancelled by mistake and Discovery insure didn't even confirm if it was to be cancelled.
