Incompetency at it's best

Discovery Insure is one of the most *********** Insurance companies. Their service is extremely poor. I don't know if this happens to their companies or it only happens to 3rd party claims but either way...poor service just frustrates anyone.

It's been over 6weeks and I'm struggling to get someone competent who can deal with my claim, multiple email exchanges, their turn around times on emails go on for over 5 working days, no decency to call and speak to clients. Always off sick in some instances, with no replacements or stand in capacity. I will point out Nonkululeko Kolanisi and her line Manager, Vekash. This guys are probably running this department down due to poor communication, none responsiveness and bad attitude to clients.
