Incompetence

I once got a call for insurance from Jaco Hendrick deWit who works for Discovery, we met and he signed me up for insurance for my business and also set me up for life cover and a couple of other services which I was more than happy to sign up for. However I did ask that everything be put on hold and I go without insurance due to the fact that I would not be in business and I would not afford to pay for insurance till the end of Lockdown but I am still being debited and as a result I am being charged by FNB for failed debit orders. I have never been more inconvenienced before in my life and I honestly regret the day I heard about Discovery. The worst part is that I try calling him and he never picks up on his cell phone, I try calling Discovery and none of their numbers go through, I even went there personally and I didn't get help.
