I have now been trying since saturday to get a voucher from my Discovery app. There seems to be a problem, as the error message I receive is rewards currently un available.

I have spoken to various people since saturday, spent nearly R100 in phone time to reseolve the issue, i have sent various emails and nobody seem to know what to do or how to resolve the issue.

I was told if I send through a screen shot a voucher will be issued by Discovery and emailed to me.

Every person I spoke to, either does not know what I am talking about or know their own product. This is not the type of service I expected from Discovery insure.

Not happy at all!!!!!
