Incompetence

I regret leaving first for women to discovery! Today marks 2 days with my car not being insured because discovery they refused to deduct money on the day I got paid on the 22 /12/2023 till to date 2/01/2024. I’ve been asking them to contact me countless times with no luck .They gave me a quotation that we didn’t agree on , since then I’ve been struggling to get hold of them .ive asked for phone records to double check the quotation .they reffered to me the other company you connect or something they have not been operating during. The time I needed the services .i don’t know what to do ! They only deducted R150 from my account ! They did not deduct the premium ! I’m so frustrated and this is not the first time they doing this they did the same last month ! I regret leaving first for women for this company
