Incompetence

Really disappointed at discovery’s incompetence taking over 3months to write off the cheapest vehicle I could ever think of. I have ran out of patience continuously asking for feedback Regarding the vehicle state..I wonder if I did not have an alternative vehicle how was I going to travel to work till this long, It got to a point whereby I am looking for alternative quotations for other vehicles on my policy because I have lost my trust with discovery insure.
