Incessant Spam Callers

I honestly don't know what to do anymore about these people. I've been called about 13 times in 2 weeks from Discovery trying to sell me insurance. This is after I told the first 5 people to remove my number from my calling list. If I receive one more call again, I'm taking them to court for harassment.
