#ImStaying with Discovery Insure because of Rekha! :)
I sent a complaint after receiving notice that my discovery insurance monthly premium would be increased. The following day I was contacted by Rekha Jackdave a Retentions Consultant who was very polite and assisted me with ensuring that I remain a discovery insure client. Rekha's service and professionalism made me regain my trust in Discovery and continue being their client. I am thankful that she was assigned to my query and was able to assist me.
