Improve you risk assessment criteria.
I hadn't claimed with any insurer prior to joining Discovery, and then I had an incident after 9-10 months with the Discovery. A truck had a load dropping off and one of the objects damaged my windscreen. I claimed hustle free, and the repair/replacement was arranged promptly. After the repairs were administered I was then due for an anniversary review. I anticipated a good review that would result to an improved contribution. I had expected to at least pay less after the review as the vehicle value depreciates and I didn't need the credit shortfall as well. Instead, the price went up ridiculously. I questioned the motive, and they told me my risk profile shows that I am likely to claim more hence the increment.
This has to be the most pathetic reason. I went on and shopped around for a better insurance and other insurers gave me quite good deals. I took the same quotes from various insures and asked Discovery to do another review. I mean I have not even claimed for a major damage, yet my risk profile was supposedly red flagged. The revised quote still didn't show any Improvement. I had to jump ships as I felt that my business was no longer welcome. To be honest, I was happy with Discovery until this. Anyway, please improve your system not to list people as high risk when they claimed on incidents that they didn't even be at fault on.
