Impressive service

This is a follow up review on my previous 5-star review for Discovery Insure and Optimum Assist. After having Lunga from Optimum Assist tow my car without me so perfectly(I am a nurse and had to stay at work), the issue was still not resolved at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, as the damage is under the car and needs VW to sort it out. I logged a claim with Discovery, a totally painless and quick process and had to wait for the next step, getting it assessed. I called Discovery Insure and Lunga again yesterday and they assured me that they will tow my car to the VW in Melrose to be assessed and will just need to confirm a time. As I will have to be at work, I am again entrusting Lunga to take care of my car in my absence and I have full confidence that he will. Thank you to Discovery, Lunga and Optimum Assist for being so willing to coordinate the assessment and manage the situation for me. My only hope now is that my car can get fixed so I can drive to work myself. As an essential worker during this time, I am at work daily so I need my wheels back. I am very impressed by the service I've received thus far from both Discovery Insure and Optimum Assist.
