The service was fast: my first call for enquiry was answered quickly, I was transferred immediately to the relevant department: Sbu Kolondiya was friendly and professional in assisting me with arrangements for battery jump-start. He made some calls, came back to me and within a short time help arrived. I liked how Sbu followed up thereafter to check if I was assisted and if the service was done well.
