Impressed with Consultant who went the extra mile

I received a call from Siyabonga Mdlalose from Discovery Insure ths morning as he wanted to inform me of a new Discovery Insure product for my car insurance. He professionally explained the benefits to me without coming across as an impatient and hurried 'Sales Person', and I accepted this product. Obviously the cost of the product is going to be added to my monthly insurance premium
