Impossible to repair my car

I was towed by approved Discovery company having a flat bed trailer for engine trouble. <br> Once at the destination the driver refused to drive my car off the flat bed so I had to do it. <br> Catching the Front Spoiler and ripping it half off. <br> The engine damage was repaired but is still giving issues. I have since then being trying to get Discovery to <br> fix the rest of the car both electrical and spoiler damage to no avail. They eventually said I could take it into centurion but I was moving to cape town and they agreed I could sort it out there. <br> I again called them and BEGGED for assistance on Thursday 11-02-2016 the call center lady said sure wel help you somebody will call you tomorrow. Eventually I called back on Tuesday to find out when they would call me to find out that she hadn't even logged the conversation on their system. I then discussed it with ANOTHER call center agent that promised the same I even gave her the time of call so she could listen and promised it would take a day or so. I am still waiting. AMAZING and I have had 2 premium increases for ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE&gt; If you thinking of joining these jokers DON'T! even if premiums are lower rather go with pro's!
