impossable to get meaningful assistance from members of staff

hello all you good people, just want to advise everyone that Discovery insure in house system for contacting staff in order to discuss policy matters is absolutely imposable, to the point where I have tried to cancel my policy with as much trouble as was trying to fly to the moon in an air balloon. I have sent cancelation emails I have tried to talk to the staff in the retention department, all you get is stories and more stories. then finally when you think all is finalized, you get a new debit order pop up on your bank statement with a new premium increase. then you start all over again another three phone calls, another few email another debit order cancelation, and then when you think it has to now be finalized another deduction appears on your bank statement, now they are asking for the tracking device to be returned that we have never had fitted, people stay away from Discovery insure at all cost.
