Impeccable service

Normally we use this site to complain. This time I would like to commend Discovery Insure for the impeccable service i received during my claim process. In particular the consultant assign to manage my claim (Vanessa Padayachee/Naidoo). Her professionalism, dedication, speed, attention to detail to my claim was outstanding. "Normally" the customer has to follow up on the progress on their claims, but in this case the consultant (Vanessa) had to follow up on me to finalise the claim. With consultants like Vanessa i can only see great things for Discovery Insure. She is really an ambassador for Discovery Insure.
