Impeccable service!

<p>I had the pleassure of speaking to a gentleman by the name of Given Reichenberger, my query was evidently EXTREMLY difficult. I called 3 times to ask for confirmation of insurance policy document, they needed to also update my vin n engine number. First sooke to Ruth she was disintrested and had an irritated tone she never bothered to update it even when i gave it to her on a recorded line. It was evident that it was not uodated because the second consultant told me its not updated. Her teamleader went and dug up the call and she also update my vin number incorrectly. Speaking to Given was third time lucky and i was confident that we would obviously get it right, his tone, attitude and helpful spiritnwas sooooooo refreshing. I loved that he also spoke isiZulu with me and i must admit the call continued to be pleasant and very professional! Such stuff members need to be celebrated and recognised. Thank you Given, il cross my fingers next time that its you i speak to for assistance or another consultant of your calibre! #GiveThatManABells! Lol</p>
