Impeccable Service

<p>I received a call from Marc Berman from Discovery Insure (DQ Track) today. The gentleman assisted me with all my queries and ensured that all the outstanding issues were resolved. He assisted me with scheduling an appointment to fit the new DQ tracking device in my new vehicle and the de-installation of the old device from my old vehicle. Whilst I was on the line with Marc he had contacted the dealership where my old vehicle was sold to and informed them of the removal of the DQ tracking device. He updated all the relevant details and was incredibly helpful. Honestly a pleasure dealing with Discovery when employees like Marc Berman are available to assist.</p>
