Immediate response to a burst geyser

My geyser burst last night and this morning I phoned Discovery Insure. I was answered by Kevin du Plessis who immediately provided me with my policy reference number and details of the cover provided. He asked about additional damage caused by the burst and connected me with the plumber who is now scheduled to fix the problem today. Many thanks.
