3 Months ago i cancelled my Discovery Home insurance,sent emails to the relevant address in terms of cancellation,however they keep deducting the premium still for the last three months,i question their internal process and ability to manage client request,i also question the legal aspect of their actions,lastly they need to cancel the policy and refund me ,as they deducting insurance for a place i have not been staying since 1 January 2022.Shocked at their actions!
