******* debit order for DISCOVERY INSURNACE
******* debit order from DISCOVERY INSURNACE . Debit order was on 26th May. Spoke Lushen Govender on 16 April. This is unprofessional. 2 Months worth of debits went off my account and I did not accept this policy. I emailed to ask for confirmation that it is not active, knowing this would happen. I've been trying to get this resolved but not having any luck with them as they are unresponsive. I will canceling my medical aid with discovery as well. This is pathetic

31 May 2021, 06:57I have still not received my refund? Discovery bad *******ly taken money from my account and now I am stuck waiting for money that is lawfully mine. This is a major inconvenience for me. I can’t imagine what it would be like when I need to make a medical claim from you guys. I will be looking at alternatives for my medical aid.
